Office attire is perfectly fine, especially for the breathing and mindset parts. Sportswear is still helpful if you’d like to move a bit more freely.
Do we need a specific space or location?
An open area is ideal – free of obstacles and with enough room for your team to move safely. Depending on your group size, even a clear office space can work perfectly.
